1. Our Role as an Intermediary

Nature Authentic Georgia ("NAGEORGIA", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a digital marketplace and booking intermediary platform. We connect international travelers ("Customers") with independent, verified local drivers, guides, and travel professionals ("Partners").

While we facilitate the booking process and ensure high-quality standards through strict partner verification, the actual transportation and tour services are provided directly by the independent Partners. We are dedicated to ensuring your safety and comfort by rigorously screening our network, but we are legally an intermediary, not a direct transport operator.

2. Safety and Quality Commitment

We care deeply about your travel experience in Georgia. Every partner registered on our platform must undergo a strict verification process. This includes verifying driver's licenses, government-issued IDs, and vehicle conditions. If a partner fails to maintain our premium quality standards or receives poor feedback, their account is subject to immediate suspension.

3. Bookings and Payments

By booking a service through our platform, you agree to pay the stated price for the selected tour or transfer. Payments are processed securely. NAGEORGIA holds the funds to ensure the service is delivered as promised. In the event of partner no-shows or significant service failures, NAGEORGIA will provide full refunds or alternative arrangements.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Our Partners are legally bound to provide the exact vehicle, itinerary, and quality of service presented on their public profiles. Partners must comply with all local traffic and commercial transportation laws of Georgia. Direct circumvention of the platform (attempting to book direct to bypass platform fees) by either Partners or Customers will result in a permanent ban from the NAGEORGIA ecosystem.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to vet our Partners, NAGEORGIA is not liable for indirect damages, lost baggage, or delays caused by extreme weather, traffic, or force majeure events during the execution of the transport service. The independent Partner carries standard vehicle liability insurance as required by Georgian law.
