Driver & Service Provider Agreement
Version 2026.1 · Effective October 2026 · Nature Authentic Georgia (NAGEORGIA)
1Independent Contractor Status
Drivers and tour guides partnering with Nature Authentic Georgia (“Service Providers”) are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of NAGEORGIA.
Service Providers maintain complete independence regarding their working hours, acceptance or decline of journey dispatches, and personal scheduling, subject to fulfilling all accepted reservations reliably and punctually.
2Commercial Remuneration & Commission Model
85% Driver Remuneration
Paid to the independent driver for completed transfers and tours.
15% Platform Commission
Retained by NAGEORGIA for customer marketing, dispatch, and administrative support.
Cancellation Compensation: When a customer cancels late (< 24 hours prior to departure), any retained cancellation fee is shared 50% to Driver (compensating blocked scheduling) and 50% to Platform (dispatch processing).
3Vehicle Roadworthiness & Professional Standards
Every vehicle registered on NAGEORGIA must satisfy the following mandatory requirements:
- Passed mandatory Georgian technical inspection (roadworthiness certification).
- Valid third-party civil liability insurance conforming to Georgian transport legislation.
- Fully functional air conditioning and climate control systems.
- Clean, sanitized passenger interior with strictly non-smoking passenger compartments.
- Proper tire condition appropriate for the season (winter tires required for mountain passes).
4Non-Solicitation & Prohibition of Off-Platform Cash Dealing
Service Providers agree not to solicit, entice, or accept off-platform bookings, cash transactions, or separate commercial arrangements from travelers introduced through Nature Authentic Georgia.
Circumventing platform dispatch undermines traveler safety, violates contractual trust, and results in immediate deactivation from the marketplace and forfeiture of pending payouts.
5Document Verification & Privacy Protection
Documents submitted by drivers during onboarding (Georgian ID, driving license, vehicle registration tech passport) are handled with strict confidentiality.
Driver identification documents are stored in secure storage accessible exclusively to authorized NAGEORGIA fleet administrators. They are never published, shared with travelers, or exposed via public CDN URLs.
